Beef Stroganoff

Beef-Stroganoff

Ingredient List

  • 16oz package egg noodles.
  • 2 pounds lean, ground beef.
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion.
  • 2 tablespoons worstershire sauce.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • ½ teaspoon pepper.
  • ½-1 cup sour cream. (To your taste preference.)
     

    Directions

  • In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup, water, beef bouillon cubes, dried minced onion, worstershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • While stroganoff is cooking, bring a large pot of water to boil and cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  • Add sour cream to stroganoff. Use as much or as little as you desire.
  • Serve and enjoy!
