Pan Fried Pork Chops


Ingredient List

  • 4 center cut bone-in or boneless pork chops, your preference.
  • ½ cup vegetable oil.
  • 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 1 cup flour.
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  • ¼ teaspoon steak seasoning rub.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  • In a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, heat up vegetable oil.
  • After the oil is heated, add butter and heat until melted.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, seasoned salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and steak seasoning rub.
  • Season each pork chop with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chop individually in flour mixture.
  • Place approximately 2-3 chops to the skillet. (Size depending.)
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes bone-in or 2-3 boneless, until golden brown, then flip. Cook on the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Ensure pork has reached an internal temperature of 170°F.
