Recipe | Simple Creamy Chicken

This simple, yet delicious!, creamy chicken will have you laughing at how easy it is. I know it sounds absolutely crazy but it legitimately consists of… TWO ingredients. Chicken. (Duh.) And… Cream of chicken and mushroom soup. That’s it. I know that sounds weird or perhaps but bland but it actually really is delicious! Such a simple meal for those stressful or “lazy” nights.

Ingredient List

  • 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. (About 3 breasts.)
  • 3 cans cream of chicken and mushroom soup.
  • Salt and pepper. (Optional.)
     

    Directions

  • Wash and pat dry chicken.
  • Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
  • Lightly salt and pepper if desired.
  • Coat a 9×13 pan with cream of chicken and mushroom soup.
  • Roll each chicken breast coating well with the soup mixture.
  • Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
  • Ensure chicken temperature has reached 165°F.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, whatever! And enjoy!
