This simple, yet delicious!, creamy chicken will have you laughing at how easy it is. I know it sounds absolutely crazy but it legitimately consists of… TWO ingredients. Chicken. (Duh.) And… Cream of chicken and mushroom soup. That’s it. I know that sounds weird or perhaps but bland but it actually really is delicious! Such a simple meal for those stressful or “lazy” nights.
Simple Creamy Chicken
2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. (About 3 breasts.)
3 cans cream of chicken and mushroom soup.
Salt and pepper. (Optional.)
Wash and pat dry chicken.
Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
Lightly salt and pepper if desired.
Coat a 9×13 pan with cream of chicken and mushroom soup.
Roll each chicken breast coating well with the soup mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Ensure chicken temperature has reached 165°F.
Serve with rice, pasta, whatever! And enjoy!
