Welcome to my first recipe post!
1, 8 ounce package refrigerated crescent rolls.
1, pound lean ground beef.
1 package taco seasoning mix.
1, 16 ounce container sour cream.
1, 2 cup bag shredded Mexican-style cheese blend.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll out and place crescent dough in a cake pan and bake according to package directions.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well.
When dough is finished, take out from the oven and place meat on top, followed by a layer of sour cream and cheese, and then top off with the crushed nacho chips.
Place back into oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Serves about 4.
